If Joe wants to take this on, ok. What other web folks usually
do is to maintain a "what's new" page manually for the purposes
of letting people see content changes. As for format changes,
I don't know how any set of software could keep track of the
changes I made last week, or why, or if the overhead would be
worth it. Anyway, it's up to Joe.
