Joe, Charles,

Given we are trying to use the WWW for MADEFAST collaborations (notebook of
sorts), I would like suggest that we log changes (i.e. with RCS) of the
html documents and the log be accessible as a separate web page or log of
the latest changes integrated into the home page.

That way - as suggested on MADEFAST home page to "visit often" - people can
see if anything has indeed changed since the last visit.

If you are unfamiliar with RCS or similar, see me and I will try to get you
info.
