Well, it had to be me to screw up on something as simple
as including a URL in a message.  What I should have said
was:

  http://www-ksl-svc.stanford.edu:5915/

In my last message I missed out the domain qualification
(.stanford.edu), which will be essential for anyone
trying to connect from the real world.
