Subject: updated knowledge sharing specs

Some specification documents for the knowledge sharing effort have
been updated and the new versions are now in the ftp library.
  ksl.stanford.edu:/pub/knowledge-sharing/papers/

The Decision Logic spec (KRSS working group) has been updated
and is in dl-spec.tex, dl-spec.ps, and dl-spec-changes.text.

The Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language (KQML) spec was also
updated this month and is in kqml-spec.ps.

See the /papers/README.TEXT file for an index of these and other
on-line documents.

All of the postscript files that were compressed have been
uncompressed to the original form.  This is to accomodate the growing
number of net surfing tools that can fetch using ftp and display
postscript on the screen.  (Watch this space for hypertextified
(indexed and formatted in html) versions of documents and
ontologies...)

And don't forget the knowledge sharing panel at AAAI: Tuesday at 1:30.
