Rich Washington

I am a former member of the Adaptive Intelligent Systems (AIS) group at Stanford's Knowledge Systems Laboratory. I graduated with a Computer Science Ph.D. in March, 1994, and am currently working for a year in France at the INRIA-Lorraine lab in Nancy. My dissertation, Abstraction Planning in Real Time, dealt with the problem of real-time planning, specifically the case where planning must be done at run time.
