Academic Interests

I am working on my Masters degree in Computer Science with emphasis on Arificial Intelligence at Stanford University. I started in September 1996 and expect to finish in March 1998. I also work as a reasearch assistant in the Knowledge Systems Laboratory, where I work with Adam Farquhar on Ontolingua which is a server for reusable ontologies distributed on the internet.

Other interests

My two main sports are white water kayaking and skydiving, but I also like scuba diving and sailing a lot. In the winter time I enjoy telemarking.
